On arrival the staff were welcoming, warm and friendly. The room was large and bright and clean. Unfortunately the 'spa bath' in the room was out of order but the large roomy shower was great. The queen bed was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable and the heater worked well. Tea, coffee and milk provided.
'Settlers' on site restaurant was lovely, the staff were great, the service was great. The food was fresh and tasty.

Our hosts greeted us upon arrival. They were absolutely wonderful, giving us a quick run through how to operate facilities.
The kitchen is well equipped, laundry machines provided, beds wonderfully comfortable.
The fireplace was the highlight with plenty of firewood provided.
To sum this property up 'breathe one, two, three and relax'. I highly recommend staying here.

Good location, in an interesting town, clean but small room in an added corridor. Garden imposing.
