Overpriced, dated rooms, mediocre staff response to queries. The hotel is gouging customers based on location only. While this drives high supply and demand pricing, it flows into our decision to use Novotel anywhere else. Definitely not high on our brand choice.

The room was spacious and well laid out. Plenty of power points to use. Easy to get too and park.

The downstairs area of the hotel was lovely and done really well. It was much better than the upstairs rooms which were definitely budget for sure. The staff were lovely as well.
