It was a basic motel room, close enough to Bendigo CBD if you have transport. It was good, but not a place I would choose for longer term stays. I only needed one night for a stopover and it was good for that. The staff were friendly and honest.

The Best Western Crystal Inn was conveniently located to everything we wanted to see in Bendigo and we the people we came to visit. Everything was clean and comfortable and we really liked the lift to bring the bags up to the room.
