Mantra Castle Hill Sydney, an Accor Hotel, hotel in Castle Hill

Nothing. The place is filthy. Disgusting,Dirty.Un kept. Dirt and rubbish all through the Car Park. The rooms are falling apart. Maintenance is absolutely wanting. The whole place is a mess..vomit on the car park floors, the place used as a car park for the local car detailers. So hard to get a car park. Third world situation. One cleaner on Saturday. ONE. My room was missed cleaning on multiple occasions. The keys never worked. IT WAS EXPENSIVE. Terrible. I only liked the position for the reason I had to be there…..my dog was cleaner than anything there.. I wouldnt let him walk anywhere it was too dirty.

Peppers The Hills Lodge, hotel in Castle Hill

This 4-star hotel is a classic Tudor style mansion set in beautifully landscaped gardens, just a 30-minute drive from the centre of Sydney.

Great welcome on my arrival. The room was ready early so I was able to settle in and make myself comfortable. The room is plush and had plenty of space. The bed was so comfortable I had a beautiful sleep each night. Excellent service, nothing too difficult and everyone was respectful and considerate. Gorgeous place to stay!

SKYE Hotel Suites Parramatta, hotel in Castle Hill

Boasting a 3-storey atrium hotel lobby, a 25-metre outdoor lap pool, fitness centre and a contemporary restaurant, SKYE Hotel Suites Parramatta is located in the heart of Parramatta CBD.

First we were greeted as returning guests by THE most wonderfully attentive and welcoming staff, and then advised that we’d been upgraded to a stunning suite, with beautiful views of the pool area. And discovered a surprise bottle of Prosecco on ice ❤️! Nothing was too much trouble and we had the most wonderful stay. Other things to love: Easy to access the hotel; ample secure parking; gorgeous facilities and pool; incredibly clean and spacious, perfectly appointed rooms; a coffee machine!; super comfortable beds; and all in a location that’s hard to beat (just a few minutes walk to train and bus transport, so easy to get to and from Olympic Park, and even closer to Westfield shopping Centre and restaurants). There’s so much to like and I will always recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The amount of traffic on Annangrove Road was excessive for the width and capacity of the road. It took us several attempts to locate the B&B as our GPS did not account for the new sub divisions being developed in area .We rang Doug on our Mobile to get directions. His help was excellent!

    Very comfortable 1 bedroom apartment.

Very comfortable 1 bedroom apartment. Nothing much within walking distance but the shuttle bus (Monday to Friday) will pick up and drop off locally. The Castle Hill RSL is about 10 min drive away and does very nice meals. George's Pizza will deliver with orders over $30.00. Also for those self catering Woolworths will deliver groceries. Would certainly be easier with your own transport. There is undercover parking.

My trip was interstate - driving Brisbane to South coast NSW. I needed a night’s stay away from noise and close to the start of my next day’s journey. The Quest Castle Hill was only 5 mins from the freeway and at the end of a long day on the road , was in a perfect location.

We were looking for an easy, comfortable night for a last minute trip to Sydney and The Hills Lodge certainly delivered. Well appointed, large room that was spotlessly clean and we slept well. Wifi worked. We arrived late but staff were welcoming and able to organise late check out for us. Room service dinner arrived hot and tasty. Was really glad we chose the breakfast included option, the food was lovely. Although we didn't get to try them, other facilities like the pool and gardens looked lovely.

The ladies at the front were so incredibly nice. I’ve been to other hotels where people at reception were monotone and the interactions seem awkward and forced. However you guys were all super happy and smiling and polite it was amazing! Your customer service is superb

The room was located at the back of the hotel away from the highway, it was comfortable and clean. Parking was easy to get in and out of. A small kitchenette was well appointed if you wanted to eat in the room. Local restaurants delivered if you didn't want to go out.

The staff were lovely and accommodating especially after the initial mix up of type of room we requested. We were unfortunately not able to experience all the facilities of the hotel itself, though room service was quick and of high quality.

Very clean, just a lovely relaxed charm to this hotel, so different and unique compared to these big high rise hotels that are impersonal and quiet honestly boring! This hotel is easy to access gardens and ground floor car park.

The bed was comfy which is a rarity. I’ve stayed in so many 5 star hotels where the mattress is a rock. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great value for money at the last minute.

Built-in mini-kitchen in the hotel room can save you a good amount of money if you just buy your stuff from chains Cole’s and Woolworth and then cook it by yourself.
