We stayed five nights and were superbly looked after by the private owners and all staff. Very conveniently located and fantastic friendly service. Within walking distance of almost everything but quiet. Thoroughly recommend it if looking for a base to explore the Tableland.

I liked the meal and wine at the pub and the walk along the old railway line the next morning. If you're a rail trail fan you can ride all the way to Herberton (although it's a bit rough in places) and all the way to the next big town in the other direction.

The Motel is on a hill with a pleasant outlook and easy access. There is a Chinese Restaurant (which is excellent) right at the end of the Motel. The rooms are large and the kitchen facilities are great.

Atherton is beautiful full of history.
Atherton is beautiful full of history. Atherton is a great place to base yourself to see the surrounding areas from. We found out after we had booked for only 2 days that most of the small towns around the area are only like 30-45 mins away bit sad we didnt stay longer. We could of stayed a week so we could of seen more. The lady and gentlemen from the Historical Society are so full of information about the area and surrounds it was amazing. Would highly recommend a visit to the Historical Society first when here to learn about the area the plan your visit. As it was this lady that told me about a little town called Irvinebank which We did visit.

If you plan to stay in the Atherton tablelands then Victoria House is great central location, walking distance to town and the house has everything you could possibly want in terms of space, kitchen, washing machine etc.. We really enjoyed being able to unwind and spend a little more time to explore the area. Check in was easy and no problem.
A spacious house with great amenities for cooking. After the previous 9 nights in a hotel we enjoyed 2 nights cooking our own dinner. We also enjoyed the excellent laundry facilities which was the main reason we changed our booking to this one. Great location and easy off street parking. Great wifi also.
Location was a bit out of town, but still close enough to walk and get a bit of exercise. The cabins were well appointed, but a little small, especially if you have a family. The gardens are well-kept and maintained. Clothes lines are available if you want to hang out your washing.
I booked it because it every was commenting on the beds and pillows how good they were. Well they weren’t wrong on all, the best beds and pillows I have ever had staying in a hotel or motel.
Excellent location in a quiet part of Atherton yet conveniently close to the town centre. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Staff were very friendly.
Beautiful location a close drive to centre of Atherton. Outside area was so relaxing. A comfortable and welcoming home! Great to have secure enclosed parking.
