The range of complementary essential food and drink items on our arrival at Honey Fig Cottage Bowral was more than we could possibly have imagined and made us feel most welcome. All cooking, laundry, bathroom, communication systems, games and facilities were of such high quality and immaculately clean. We lacked for nothing whether it was for a short or long stay. It was obvious that considerable thought has been invested in developing this venue into a perfect retreat and home away from home.

Bowral was very busy during the weekend stay. Enjoyed wandering around the CBD and popping into the many interesting shops. Plenty of options for coffee/morning/afternoon tea. Parking can be a bit of a problem. Enjoyed our Thai meal at Home 9 and a dinner at Briars.

Bowral has so much to offer from the shops and cafes to the outdoor walks and vineyards.Great central location to explore the Southern highlands.Recommend staying in a quiet area of town as there is a lot of passing traffic on the main street.

Bowral is a layback place, with nice parks and surroundings. Great little shops and boutiques if you like shopping and great places for lunch or just have a coffee. I have been in Bowral 4 times for a holiday, and I will still come back for more times as it is a great place to relax.

The buildings that house the pool and spa are so architecturally beautiful as is the main building and the breakfast room . Staff were very attentive, helpful and happy which added to a very pleasant stay. The hotel offers great facilities with treatment rooms, spa, gym and pool. The French provincial feel is just lovely! Also the hotel rooms with the shutter doors. I will definitely be back, particularly in autumn and spring to appreciate the gardens.KerryAustralia

The buffet breakfast was great. The area at Bowral is gorgeous, and it was close to beautiful shopping (too tempting). The gardens at Peppers are magnificent. It woudl have been a colod old place if there hadn't been heaters all along the halls. All in all a very pleasant stay with the feeling of a trip down memory lane to yesterday.

There was plenty of parking, multiple bedrooms and a very generous living area and rumpus rooms. Plenty of bathrooms and we were made to feel very welcome with breakfast and a bottle of wine already catered for us. We would definitely recommend staying here again. It was a beautiful stay!
