The house is located high on the hill (1650m), ski-to-door. It is very comfortable, greatly designed, equipped with awesome tile stove, and amazing view to the Osiachersee and Villach. We had everything we needed. Linda, the host, was waiting for us with her snow quad and took us safely to/from the apartment as the road is not open in winter. She was very flexible and ready to meet all our needs.

The pool area is delightful, large and very private.

Bautiful hotel with amazing, high qulity facilities! Christmas decor and outside advent market are reasons to visit in the winter. Bar and spa are brilliant and there is just no reason to go anywhere else whilst staying in this hotel. Staff are kind and super nice

The facility offers nice lake views from two sides of the building and the restaurant's terrace, even though it is not on the banks of the lake , but close by on the other side of a road. Family operated, the entire team was very accommodating and supportive. The breakfast included a good variety of traditional options. The terrace looked inviting for dinner, food looked enticing, though I was not able to stay for dinner. The entire facility was exceptionally clean, the room I chose was functional, on the small side, which I chose as I needed only one night's accommodation for a very short stay. There is an elevator, easy access to all rooms. I enjoyed free on site parking and fast, complementary wifi.
