When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly owner and his dog Anton that came to say „hi“. The owner told us, that the house itself is 400 years old, but everything is neatly renovated (traditional Austrian style). Our room was small, but cozy. The owner was very helpful every time we needed something. The breakfast is in a form of cold buffet. The accommodation has a perfect location near a ski slope and a ski lift (approximately 300 meters). After a day of skiing, there is a room for skis/snowboards and boots to dry and get warm for the next day. Everything was perfect, 100% recommend.
Situated in Brixen im Thale, the lift is only 40 meters from the accommodation. Skiweltbahn is 100 metres from Das Heimsitz. All units have a seating area.

We got a better room than we have booked. The place was nice, quiet, the room had a little fridge which was sufficient, and the furniture was all grey and wooden-like, making the room nice and cosy. There was enough space for exercising, as well as for drying the clothes after skiing. Every day there was a possibility to use sauna and wellness zone (which is really nice after snowboarding or skiing the whole day).
The hotel is close to cable cars and there's no need to use a car as the buses go regularly all around the place (and the bus stop is +/- 4 min from the hotel).
The breakfast was perfect, with a large selection, every day slightly different; even for people with allergies. We were really happy with the accommodation :)

the area is not as good organized as in Zell am See.
the area is not as good organized as in Zell am See. But the tourist information promised that will take into consideration our recommendations and make the guides more useful and less advertising and explain better what is actually included in the summer card for the entire area.

We like to stay here for our ski trip.
We like to stay here for our ski trip. The slopes are well kept, easily accessible. There are a couple of ski schools around, but you must reserve it beforehand. The place is calm. We usually make a ski free day, when we go to Kitzbühel, which js a charming little town with a swimming pool. Brixen is perfect for a family stay.

Pension Zinting was Excellent!
Pension Zinting was Excellent! We had two teenage kids with us, and they did not get bored at all. An absolutely Stellar location high up on the mountainside. Excellent food, excellent service, and just a really nice family running the place that catered to all our needs. This farm house has quite the charm. I believe it's almost 400 years old. We'll be back on our next Austria trip!

Brixen im Thale offers access to a large ski center, it has shops and supermarkets. There are restaurants, there is a a camp and a playground for kids as well.
For winter sports the ski area is quite low (peaks round 1600m), so in March the snow gets very wett,it is better to travel to Kitzbuheler Alpen, where the nearest access point is some 7 minutes by car.

Typical beautiful town of Tirol.
Typical beautiful town of Tirol. Surrounded by mountains, rivers and everything ever so green. People were very friendly and it’s just 15 minutes away from the beautiful town of Kitzbühel. Also, 1h 15’ away from Grossglockner, the same distance from the Krimml waterfalls and Salzburg and an hour away from Innsbruck and Wattens (Swarovski Museum). Everything very worthwhile visiting.

The hotel was perfect for us. We got married that week, and even though we haven't arrived in check in times, Angelika was nuce and checked us in. She surprised us with a loving breakfast the mirning after the wedding, and gave us a local gift. We enjoyed our stay so much! Location was great, close to the gondola so not too much of a walk for skiers, which we were. The room was great, big enough and loved the bathrobes! We did a message which was great and higly recommended! If we will be again the area we will definitely come back!
Very friendly and helpful hosts. Close to two lifts and buses , app 150 meters on foot but you can literally ski
right from hotel down to gondolas if you don't mind a bit of off road ride. 10-15 minutes walking distance to town centre and restaurants. Regardless approximate to lift infrastructure very quite neighbour. Comfy and warm room. Nice breakfast with the best soft boiled eggs we had for a long time. Place to store skies and to dry and warm boots ( we been in many places, but never had warmer ski boots in the morning).
The host was very friendly. Excellent location, just 5 min walk to the cable car station in Brixen im Thale. There is also a bus stop at the cable car station, which has connections to nearby villages. Beautiful scenery from our balcony facing the valley. Breakfast was also good. All the facilities provided were adequate. Room was also clean. The guest card provided by guest gave us free public transportation ( environment friendly ) during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again !
Excellent hotel for stay in Austria's best ski resort.
Staff was very friendly and hospitable. The rooms were spacious , very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was healthy and with a great offer on breads, fruits and yoghurt as well as some warm dishes.
Spacious carpark in front of the hotel and the ski bus stop at the hotel's doorstep. The bus brings you to the lift in 5 min. will definitely return, great value for money!
Wonderful design, beautiful wooden floors and furniture, huge windows, well equipped kitchen, great views from the window, easy car park, good value for money. All felt brand new and very roomy. A bit far from the big lifts but we walked (15 min) or took the ski bus which was easy to catch. The town is small and quaint, not nearly as busy as some of the other ski towns in Austria, but plenty enough to do and definitely charming.
We can Haus Tirol higly recommended, we would stress very kind and family atmosphere, very sensitive and helpful attitude of owners to guests, very good breakfasts with homemade cakes. Whole hotel is very clean and sweet, swell wellness where you can rest as long as you wish. The hotel is perfectly located for bikers in summer, for skiing in winter.
That was a great stay for a 4-person ski trip. The house has an excellent location, great rooms, comfortable beds, and 2 clean bathrooms. Julia is a very friendly host who made our trip easier and more joyful. I highly recommend the place for a ski holiday in Skiwelt and Kitzski. We will definitely come again.
There are no negatives with this place! 100 % wonderful. The owner was extremely nice and extremely helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was filling and tasty. The rooms were quiet and the bed comfortable. A positive and pleasant experience all the way around.
The design is very fresh and modern. The apartments are cosy and clean. The facilities are great and you can really enjoy a holiday at this aparthotel. The parking is like a garage and it's very convenient and free.
Location was easy to get around to Brixen, Westendorf or Kitzbuhel. Great space for a weekend with a fully equipped kitchenette and a nice balcony. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
The hotel is very tidy and clean. Closeby a nice skiarea. The breakfast is ok.
The wellness is a plus but it is quite small, so if others are visiting as well, you will have to wait.
Breakfast was really good. Staff was fantastic and friendly. Spa was beautiful. You can't see it in the hotel description, but it is one of the better ones I have seen.
The hotel was conveniently located directly across from the train station making it easy to access. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely.
Hotel is perfectly located just next to the lift. Very spacious apartment, big terasse with sauna. Very well equipped, fast wifi. Will return for sure !
