Personal was very nice and kind. There is also big place for children - playroom with a lot of toys and TV. We were very satisfied and we will recommend this hotel to our friends. PS: There is a great place for evening romantic sit and talk during sunset - bench near by hotel with fantastic view on hills and Danube.
