This place is simply amazing and no words to describe the beauty of the location, but also the hospitality of Marine and her family. The food was exceptional and Marine gave us a real taste of Armenian flavours. The house is spacious and comfortable with modern furnitures. A lovely retreat on the hillside of Yeghegnadzor. Marni and family are wonderful hosts, great accommodation, beautiful views from the balcony and swing in the garden, so relaxing. All the facilities including the lounge and dining room are available for use. We walked down into the village for food and exploring. Close to Noravank Monastery, Megallan Cave and Areni-1. Beautiful in spring.

It is situated near the village's centre. There is a store a few metters away. The rooms were quite comfortable, equiped with own bathroom, one of the rooms had a small fridge. The communication was very fast. The landlord was very communicative and helpful. I highly recommand to taste the homemade food (breakfast or dinner) and the homemade wine and honey. The location is very nice and the stay was one of our best.

We stayed one night in Spandaryan House. Rooms are simple but clean. We ate dinner and breakfast and food was delicious! Also, Yura, the host, brought us in Yeghis valley. Beautiful experience. We recommend this guesthouse.
