The environment is great. Nice waterfalls close by and historic places.
The area is located at a relatively high altitude. Several people who normally already have an elevated blood pressure had very high blood pressure in this area. It takes some time to adapt.

It's a quaint small family-run hotel in this walkable little town. There's a water fountain right outside with fresh Jermuk water, a shared small kitchen, a sitting room with couch, table and chairs, and tv between the bedroom and the private bathroom. Coming and going is pretty easy, and you're steps away from several small markets, a coffee machine, a cafe, an ATM, a salon, and all of the Jermuk town attractions. The owner was friendly, and the room was clean.
Overall the hotel, facilities and staff was great. Very friendly and the location and area was great. Rooms were clean and warm and bathroom was big and comfortable. The manager of the hotel even helped us carry our baggage in as we arrived at night and it was snowing. Facilities like sauna and jacuzzi and pool was big and clean as well.
The host was very welcoming and the house itself exceeded my expectations. The location of the house is very good, being close to markets and the center of the city had it's advantages. I strongly recommend this house as a stay in Jermuk. It was a mesmerizing experience.
Very nice hotel good location near to the waterfall only 25 minutes walking and it’s near to Jermuk park few minutes to reach walking also next to it on the left side a great restaurant to eat delicious fish I would recommend it for sure, thank you for all staff
the apartment is different from the posted in booking.com but somehow we like it more because it has two bedrooms instead of one. Vahe who assisted us in Jermuk was the best one. He made sure that we’re good and happy. thanks Vahe!
A nice cosy hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located at the beginning of the trail leading to the waterfall, the Mineral water gallery is 10 minutes walk from here.
Everything was perfect. Nice, new hotel. Great view from the room to the mountains. Play room for kids with a nanny. Very polite and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay in Jermuk Hotel.
Thank you!
Excellent staff , really helpful. Nice "sanatory food" an d breakfast in the same style.
Hotel is a time capsul from the 80´s in a nice way. Free parking.
Treatment included.
The facilities were basic but clean. The hotel can certainly do with an upgrade as the bathroom fittings were fiddly. The breakfast served was lovely and the staff helpful.
My parents liked everything, the food, the forest, and the people were so nice and cared about everything.
I surly recommend you to travel in Jermuk and stay at Olympia))
The hotel rooms were large and comfortable. The staff was great and accommodating. The spa was great and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend.
