The location was great, in a quiet village near Aragats mountain. We really loved the house and the garden. It was a very interesting experience to stay in such a beautiful, authentic armenian home. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. We were offered apricots and kompot from their garden and they were delicious. The location is not far from Yerevan.

The property is very well managed, room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was absolutlety delicious, the staff was very kind. Location is very central, yet tranquil. Airport is close, at the earlier hours of the morning we arrived for just few hours of sleep and rest and it was worth it, after taking the breakfast we left the hotel for our tour in Armenia fully energized. I would highly recommend this hotel.

If you never been here, you know nothing about real breakfast! It slowly transforms to lunch, be ready for surprise haha! :) National music plays in the restaurant, complementing the atmosphere. We were very comfortable staying at Seva Guesthouse. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. We could get hot water from the kitchen and had a wonderful breakfast in the morning with view on Mount Aragat :) The owner can help you with reserving a spot at the space observatory if you want. And we could leave our bags while we were exploring the region. Can recommend!

Nice room for reasonable price They have beautiful garden and even an outdoor swimming pool for a sumer time . We arrived later in the evening, hosts told us a lot abut the location, their establishment and culture. In the morning we had a great breakfast and they explained us a lot about their cultural events. They can teach you armenian dance, armenian hospitality traditions and music. A lot of workshops available on sight

The room had a small sofa and coffee table which was useful. But the double bed was almost against the walls on both sides. The top bed sheet barely covered the mattress; nothing to tuck under the mattress so impossible to keep it in place during the night. The site offers "breakfast available by request", but our request was denied. The owner provided a very affordable trip to a nearby site, and stopped extra times to show us other points of interest. Very gracious. Absence of signage made it very hard to find the resort.
