The host welcomed us at the entrance. We arrived around 9 pm but they prepared food for us upon our request. There is no menu but the food they provided was homemade and very tasty, with nice music also very responsible price. One of the best meal we had in Armenia. They prepared breakfast very early for us and gave us some fruits on our departure. Very hospitable and kind people. We assure anyone who stay there will be very comfortable. The property has a pond with fish and ducks. It would have been nice to get there early and chill by the pond or in the garden. Very beautiful place, we'd love to come back one day!

Everything was great. Facilities all great and spotlessly clean. At least 2 fully equipped kitchens for self catering. Showers, toilets and laundry facilities. Like a modern European campground in the Armenian highlands.
