Location perfect as we were attending the airshow - watched the afternoon part from the lodge. Chris and the staff are super friendly, and made us feel at home. A true gem.

ROCKY ALOE LODGE ligger i Krugersdorp i Gauteng-regionen, 24 km fra menneskehedens vugge. The setting was absolutely beautiful, looking out onto the Krugerdorp game reserve. The facilities were top notch with large living areas and outdoor areas too. We were also able to maintain our privacy, and the staff made our stay extra special with their care and attention to detail.

Denne lejlighed ligger i Magaliesburg, blot 44 km fra menneskehedens vugge. The host (Nungo)was so friendly and with a bubbly personality fit for the hospitality industry. She welcomed us with a great smile and kept it through the whole weekend. Her communication with us was frequent and detailed all the time. The place from the entrance is clean to the chalets....true meaning of cleanliness is next to Godliness, the place is spotless. Beautiful and well maintained garden which made it easy to take a splash in the pool, the temperature allowed it. The history that runs in that farm is well kept which was great for kids because they will always have a reference point to the farm. Morning hike was the best, reaching the top of the mountain and having a prayer moment was a great start to the lent season. Then we sealed it off with a braai watching the sunset, telling stories and singing at the boma. We are definitely coming back and will refer the place to our friends and relatives. Plus we owe the host a picnic....
