Insanely beautiful place! In the middle of the rice fields, with stunning views. Rooms are nicely decorated, very good AC which is is really needed! Common rooms are lovely, outdoor pool which is refreshing. Staff speaks fluent English and are always willing to help. Breakfast is great. Bikes available to rent for free, Mua viewpoint 10 mins cycling.

El lugar esta muy bien para relajarse. Nuestro sleeping bus llego a las 3am y nos recogieron en la parada y nos ofrecieron una habitación para dormir, a pesar de nuestro check in era al dia siguiente. Maravilloso! Desayuno muy generoso y completo.Los smothies están buenisimos, los mejores de Vietnam. Volveria siempre a relajarme y disfrutar de un paisaje tan verde y bonito.

The homestay is run by a lovely couple and despite not speaking English, they made sure I felt like home. We communicated through google translate and managed to agree on everything we needed. I arrived very early in the mornig with the sleeper bus from Ha Giang and although it was still night, they came to check me in and let me to my room to have a few hours sleep. Since it's a bit remote place from the hustle and bustle of Tam coc and Ninh Binh, I always ate at the property, and the food was always delicious, and so were the breakfasts. The room was equipped with everything I needed, it was clean, comfortable and spatious. I could even use the air con as a heater since the days were a bit cold. So far it has been the best place I stayed in Vietnam and the owners are extremely nice. I enjoyed the peace and calm of the location, the sunny terrace and borrowed a bike to explore the area. When the weather is hot, there is a swiming pool to use with sunbeds as well. I will definitely come back when I am back in Vietnam. It's a great place to relax and get some energy! Thank you very much again for such a nice time and hopefully see you again soon.

We came for a weekend getaway after Tết. This was our second stay and they have been really consistent. The staff are friendly, attentive and try to make sure that guests have as comfortable a time as possible. The pool is clean, so are the rooms and the beds are comfy. Down a medium-sized alley, taking a car from the train station one would merely have to walk about 200meters with one right turn to get to the homestay. From the main road you are near the boats, restaurants, shops and pharmacies so it is conveniently located for being away from the noise ( Tam Coc is fairly tranquil already). Bicycles are available to rent and if you did want to ride a motorbike they can organize that too. Their breakfast time-window runs longer than most homestays and like all decent hotels you can safely leave your bags at reception after checkout if you still need to buy curios or galavant around. There are many nice places to stay in and around Ninh Binh and Tam Coc, but if you want to be centrally located in Tam Coc, crave solace and want a reasonable price for all the comforts, then this is the place to book.

Tam Coc Village Bungalow se encuentra a 24 km de Templo Bai Dinh y ofrece bicicletas gratis y piscina al aire libre, así como alojamiento con aire acondicionado, terraza y wifi gratis. Nos gustó todo. Habitación bonita, piscina relajante, desayuno fantástico, al lado del embarcadero y bares, pero en una zona muy tranquila…

Tam Coc Eco Field Homes tiene vistas a la montaña y está en Ninh Binh. Cuenta con restaurante, cocina compartida, bar, jardín, piscina al aire libre abierta todo el año y terraza. This was the most amazing place to stay. It's in a beautiful area, quiet and calm, 10 minute walk to town/restaurants. Beds comfortable, rooms clean, pool huge and perfect temperature, breakfasts tasty(bring an appetite), shower separate in bathroom which was nice, bikes on site to rent and the owner is kind and helpful and lovely. We extended our stay by 2 days because we felt so comfortable. Picture is view from pool.

Green Mountain Homestay está a 12 km de Templo Bai Dinh y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, bicicletas gratis, piscina al aire libre y jardín. Hay wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. Muy acogedor. Puedes cenar y comer allí por precios muy razonables. La familia es muy amable y te ayudan en todo. El jardín, las luces, las vistas… fue todo increíble. Recomiendo a todo el mundo que vaya a Ninh Binh este lugar. Muy contentos y satisfechos con todo.
