This is an absolute gem, and the staff deserves superlatives. Very(!) serviceminded staff who welcomed us in the best of ways as we checked in, at our return from safari, and also sent us off with a magic and private breakfast outdoors in the garden on the day of departure. They really managed to make us feel both as valued guests and at home at the same time. Good communication, and very reliable taxiservice which is very helpful as this is some 15-20 min out of Arusha town centre. Very nice rooms, with a view to Mt. Meru (when not cloudy), both from the room and also from the cozy balcony and well-kept garden in front of the rooms. Due to its location on the western side of Arusha and along the main road to you'll also get some more sleep when going on a safari with early morning start to most of the safaris (which are further west along the same road) which is very nice, as the day is long enough as it is. Very good food, so dinner on-site is recommended, which is nice, as it is a bit out of town centre.

The food was delicious especially the fruit salad it was so yummy, very good location easy to find, the staff are cool, the rooms are so cozy and spacious

Mount Meru Game Lodge & Sanctuary er í 21 km fjarlægð frá gömlu þýsku Boma og býður upp á gistirými, veitingastað, útisundlaug, garð og sameiginlega setustofu. It’s is a beautiful and peaceful place. It feels like you are tucked away in nature, surrounded by lots of trees and with game in the background. All the staff are extremely friendly and go the extra length to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are spacious and very clean and consist of everything you’d need. Also, the food in the restaurant is amazing. We had great lunches and dinners! The breakfast is very good with lots of different options. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely come back! It’s the perfect place to stay when you are in Arusha and looking for a relaxing place!

Villa Arumeru er í 5,9 km fjarlægð frá minnisvarðanum Uhuru og býður upp á gistirými, veitingastað, útisundlaug, garð og sameiginlega setustofu. The hotel is very nice! The room was very tidy and clean, and provided with everything is needed (coffee, water, clean towels, even toothpaste!). The staff is really kind and pleasant. Last but not least the food was very good, and me and my husband really enjoyed all the breakfasts and dinners we had there.

Olerai Lodge er með Uhuru-minnisvarðann í 13 km fjarlægð og býður upp á gistirými, veitingastað, árstíðabundna útisundlaug, garð og verönd. Ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði eru í boði. Amazing facility in terms of look and feel, ambience was excellent. The photos on the website don't do justice to the facility. Very friendly staff.

Shamba lodge er staðsett í Arusha og státar af gistirými með einkasundlaug, fjallaútsýni og svölum. Gististaðurinn er með aðgang að verönd og ókeypis einkabílastæði. The property felt like home away from home, and the host provided valuable assistance and the staff were very friendly.We ended up staying two extra nights. Continue the fantastic job.

Maasai Lodge Tanzania - Africa Amini Life er staðsett við fjallsrætur Kilimanjaro og er umkringt 200 hektara friðlandi. Smáhýsið er með útisundlaug og vistvænt gufubað. The location was surreal- scenic views of the surrounding savanna with acacia trees dotted all around and Mount Meru in the distance. Kilimanjaro was shy so we didn’t get to see that, but it was still awesome. The Staff were absolutely hospitable, always lending a helping hand. They were extra patient and friendly with our four year old who turned five there (we got a cake made and they sang in Swahili for him. Food was great as well. And learning about the Maasai way of living and community projects was the cherry on the top. The experience was just life-changing.

Sanna Eco Lodge er staðsett í Arusha og býður upp á fjallaútsýni, veitingastað, alhliða móttökuþjónustu, bar, garð, útisundlaug sem er opin allt árið um kring og verönd. Very happy to find this lodge after a big hike. Staff was extremely welcoming and the lodge is beautiful almost like a botanical garden. Special thanks to faith, the hostess, who really made us feel at home. Would definitely recommend!
