A recently renovated chalet set in Hjälteby, Sea view chalet features a garden. Situated 47 km from Bohusläns Museum, the property features a private beach area and free private parking. The cabin is very small, but has everything you need and more. You can barbecue, view is even more lovely than in the picture. Bus station is two minutes away, in the area itself is nothing much and by feet a bit far away from everything, so just be prepared for that. A supermarket is couple minutes by bicycle (hosts were willing to lend them) on very safe bicycle road next to main road, which is great! We had a lovely stay and I can imagine to spend more time here.

The Solhem Cabin is a recently renovated holiday home in Strömstad, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. We had a wonderful time at Solhem. Cozy with old wooden floors, beautiful details and two fireplaces. It really had everything we wanted and the beds were comfortable! The house is located in a residential area without major roads. It was a huge garden. We also liked that there were a new induction hob, stove, fridge and freezer in the kitchen even though it was an old charming interior. There was fast wi-fi and the tv was new, and there was chromecast so we could watch our usual channels. For us who live in an apartment in the city, it is absolutely wonderful to stay in such a charming house and have the large garden. The little beach by the lake was really beautiful and calm and the kids can go there by themselves this summer when we get back.

Featuring quiet street views, Chalet Holmen provides accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 18 km from Bohusläns Museum. Excellent host, very friendly and helpful. Cottage was very cozy, warm, had everything we needed and more! Lovely nature, beautiful lake just a short ride away. Definitelly a place to come back to and enjoy peaceful stay, recharge and be close to nature.

The Buar Cabin is set in Strömstad. The air-conditioned accommodation is 18 km from Daftöland, and guests can benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. At first it looked small but when you was inside the layout made it so much bigger. Great nature around. The cabin was homely, clean and nice.

Boasting a garden, a terrace, and barbecue facilities, Cottage - Majviken provides accommodation in Ljungskile with free WiFi and sea views. This cottage was absolutely magical! We stayed for 6 nights and would have happily stayed longer. It is in a beautiful secluded coastal area with a lovely view, and was spectacularly well equipped with everything we needed. It was warm and comfortable, and we also enjoyed splitting wood for the antique heating stove (although there is electric heating as well). The cottage was so beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and as we checked in over Easter weekend the hosts had made some really special Easter touches for us, which we loved!! It is in a great location with a supermarket under 10mins drive away, and close to multiple nature reserves for hiking (there is one 15 mins drive away!) - we picked it as we were in Sweden for a hiking holiday. The hosts were wonderful, welcoming, and really helpful and responsive as well. Staying here absolutely made our holiday, so thank you!!! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Hällestrand Cottage -Sillen is set in Strömstad, 1.2 km from Hällestrand Beach, 13 km from Daftöland, and 34 km from Fredriksten Fortress. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Even books to read or games for children. The beach is very close. Our family would like to return to this location and to this apartment. I recommend with confidence.
