Toys, games and books for the kids were especially appreciated, kitchen very well equipped, and welcoming hosts who have thought of everything. Great walk by the estuary nearby and an easy drive to Orewa and the beach. We'd return without hesitation.

We enjoyed many interesting conversations with Daniel and Angela -- they are both knowledgeable and hospitable. Overall this was a wonderful way to start our NZ vacation.

The hosts Alysn and Brian are super welcoming and we felt at home. The kids loved the garden and we enjoyed the spectacular views. Swimming in Anchor Bay nearby is just perfect.
