Within a walk distance, you can easily find local foods. The ancient painting of Ipon is near, too. You can do some birdwatching and see lovely monkeys. Overall, we had an amazing time there. Very Clean rooms. Location-wise, the chalet was just a few steps away from the beach and there are multiple restaurants nearby. The chalet has a lot of potentials. Maybe can improve the interior (as simple as standardise the bedsheets and curtains), and exterior - paint it with bright colours so it looks lively. Just my two cents :)
