Die umweltfreundliche Bubble Lodge Ile aux Cerfs befindet sich im malerischen „Golf Club“ der Île aux Cerfs und bietet ein einzigartiges Erlebnis inmitten einer üppigen Landschaft. It was one of the most interesting and unique experiences. The room is 3 connected bubbles (entrance hall, sleeping room and a toilet). The walls are glassy and in the night you look at the stars, you can hear the wildlife as well. But it doesn't bother you in the night at all. In 100 meters there is a private beech, it's only for you and golf players. The only thing is you should be careful with the sea bottom, and the depth is hardly a meter (hard to swim). There are only 4 bubbles surrounded by the golf club. All its' facilities are available. Breakfasts and dinners are included, the restaurant is very good.

Die Unterkunft The Green Shack verfügt über Meerblick und einen Garten, eine Terrasse sowie ein Restaurant, ungefähr 8,7 km von Golfplatz Le Touessrok entfernt. Einmalige Lage im Berg mit toller Aussicht. Das Frühstück wird morgens gebracht und man hat die Möglichkeit sich für einen Aufpreis ein Abendessen bringen zu lassen. Der Sonnenaufgang ist unbeschreiblich schön. Der Host ist super nett, hilfreich und allzeit erreichbar.

Neben einem Pool und einem tropischen Garten bietet die Tree Lodge Mauritius Unterkünfte in Baumwipfelhöhe und Villen in der Landschaft von Centre de Flacq, Belle Mare. The property has a private garden that is drop-dead gorgeous! It attracts lots of birds which were a pleasure to watch while we ate breakfast on the terrace in front of the garden (which also has a commanding view of the name sake treehouse room). Yannick and Benjamin were kind, friendly and gracious hosts. Benjamin was very accommodating in that he told us about his daughter's hydroponic fish farm and when I expressed interest he took us out to visit the farm and gave us a tour! For meals out nearby there is the local "Snack" that is called Marantha Snack, but is known locally as simply "George's", and they prepare really good curry and local dishes and desserts. It is worth a visit (or 2 or 3!). I would definitely return to this hotel (and George's!) in the future trips to the island.
