This is one of the best places we stayed ever! Definitely worth 10/10 in Booking.com ranking. Quiet, isolated area, stunning view all over the mountains from the altana and dining room. Perfect home made food (big portions!). But - it all depends what you need. You will like this place as we do only if you want to escape from the touristic, crowded areas looking for tranquility and nice people. This is not the place you will have easy access to the restaurants, shops and other city attractions. The road to get there is also a bit tricky to navigate and takes a while to get there from the center of Mojkovac. The accomodation in bungalows simple, but not overpriced. But the view, atmosphere, idyllic surroundings and warm welcome by the host is unbeatable. And the owner resembles famous French actor Jean Reno :) Travel tip: you can consider going by train from Mojkovac to Virpazar and back (just drive 4 km down the road and leave your car on the free parking at the station). Such excursion will offer 2 big attractions: visiting Shkodra Lake (enough time to hire a boat or organized boat trip) plus travel by train itself along the most spectacular railway in Balkans. Doable in one day without rush, just take the train from Mojkovac to Virpazar not later than 7.00 AM.

It was cozy little chalet , very comfy , the bed was nice and warm , it was not that close to the main road so it was very quite but still very easy to reach. The host was very friendly and gave us a cup of tea and chocolate as a welcome.

We enjoyed the two nights we spent at Tara Riverside. The host family was very nice and caring. They provided us with everything we asked for. They also answered all of our questions about the attractions nearby with a big smile on face. The cottage was suitable for small families with one to two children only. Inside, there is a small refrigerator, a private bathroom, and two shelves full of kitchen equipment. Outside, there is a public place for cooking, and it contains a small electric oven (which I liked the most) to make breakfast, if you like. Be careful of scorpions however, I found two black ones near the oven in the kitchen area.

El Koliba Coric es un alojamiento independiente con terraza con vistas a la montaña situado en Mojkovac. Se encuentra a 10 km del parque nacional Biogradska Gora. Hay estacionamiento privado gratuito.... Amazing views. The host are excellent. Never seen such hospitality before in Montenegro.

El Eko Katun Damjanovic - Bjelasica- Bjelasica, situado en el parque nacional de Biogradska Gora, ofrece restaurante, recepción 24 horas, bar, jardín, parrilla y solárium. El enclave y la atención personal de la familia que te hospeda. Te dan de comer de la propia leche que ellos ordeñan, y es maravilloso.

El Eco kutak 2 se encuentra en Mojkovac y ofrece alojamiento con balcón y wifi gratis. Se encuentra a 47 km del puente Durdevica Tara y ofrece terraza y estacionamiento privado gratuito. I liked the location, the hosts, environment, how it was equipped, we were in the middle of a mountain where it's chilly at night, but the bed covers were so warm, it's a small cozy, very cute place. I stayed for 1 night just to make a break in driving, but it was so nice that I want to come back with someone and spend a few days. I'm solo female traveler and I felt very safe here.

Everything was great. The place was clean and equipped with all the necessities. We couldn’t meet the host as we arrived late in the evening, however, he made sure to provide us self check-in info upon our arrival and had also prepared the wood stove, so the cabin was really warm. We had a great time.

They made us feel amazingly welcome and cooked us the most delicious breakfast! Thank you so much for looking after us and picking us us from the train station!

This really was an amazing place and the family that run the place were just exceptional, they really welcomed us into their world and looked after us in every way. Home cooked food every night and made to feel like we belonged. The tree house is one of a kind and built to perfection. Will definitely go back!

El Kolibe Bogavac se encuentra en Mojkovac y ofrece vistas al jardín, alojamiento, restaurante, jardín y zona de parrilla. El lodge proporciona WiFi y estacionamiento privado gratuitos. Se trata de un negocio familiar que llevan los propietarios de la granja. Te hacen sentir como en casa, muy atentos en todo momento. La comida casera está deliciosa y perfecta para reponer fuerzas tras las rutas de montaña que hay por la zona. El emplazamiento es espectacular...si volvemos a Biogradska Gora, intentaremos alojarnos de nuevo aquí.
