Very nice and cozy place to stay in the nature with great view over the famous Nine arch bridge. The owners are really friendly and helpful. We would love to come again.

L'Arawe est un cottage naturel de 150 ans récemment rénové, situé à environ 400 mètres du centre d'Ella. I don’t have enough good words to describe this place. We left with a heavy heart this morning, that’s how much we loved it. The bungalows are crafted with such love, attention to details and taste. It is surreal to be so close to Ella Main Street yet having your own nature haven. The place is so peaceful, you will feel completely disconnected from real life and be in your own bubble. The food is excellent, prepared in front of you at breakfast in your own little outside kitchen. They even have a little local crafts shop where you can buy macramé items made by local women they are supporting. I absolutely cannot wait to go back again, and this place has definitely been the highlight of our trip. Thank you so much for everything!

The place was squeaky clean but most importantly the staff was literally the kindest I’ve ever met. The place is absolutely stunning and the hospitality we got was exceptional. It is a stunning location, situated in the forest, with amazing views of Ella Rock and the surrounding area. The room was large and comfortable, with stunning views to wake up to. The free breakfast was the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka. Thank you Amila and family - we had the best time and will definitely come back. Thank you for your hospitality and generosity!

The place is amazing! Feels like a 5-star hotel but with love approach. The host pays attention to the small details: the towels are soft and fresh, there are roses in different places as welcoming, arrival drinks with a cake. I felt in love with the place. The terrace is also so nice. I could observe the squirrels and some special Sri Lanka bird. The furniture is modern and stylish. It is very near to the center and bus station. I will stay there next time when I am in Ella. Amazing hospitality.

Stuff amazing, they offering free pick up and drop off for check in and check out. Owners will do everything for you to make your holidays easy and smooth! We asked for tuk tuk for round trip, they found best price for us, we asked about taxi to Yala - they found the best price for us. Anything we need they helped with! And you are in the middle of forest, no rush, just trees, monkeys and few other animals. Really nice stay we enjoyed and would recommend to everybody. Thank you again for everything you did for us.

Upon arriving at Ayubo Ella, the first thing that strikes you is the breathtaking view. The hotel boasts an amazing view of the Ella landscape that left me in awe. It's a picture-perfect setting that makes you feel instantly relaxed and connected to nature. The hotel itself is a cozy retreat with only three fantastic rooms, which adds to the sense of exclusivity and personalized service. Wajira, the friendly owner, is not just a host but also an excellent guide. He went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed during our stay. His local insights and recommendations were invaluable in making the most of our Ella experience. Ayubo Ella's location is also a plus, just 1.2 kilometers away from the heart of Ella, and conveniently close to the train station. A pleasant 20-minute walk brings you to the station, allowing you to explore the surrounding areas with ease. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's staff, who were incredibly friendly and attentive. They made us feel like part of the family. The breakfast they served was superlative - a delicious spread that energized us for a day of exploring. And when it comes to dinner, I can only say that the flavors were simply divine. Now, let's talk about the rooms. The room we stayed in was not only spacious but also equipped with all the necessary facilities. It was clean, comfortable, and provided a brilliant view right from our window. Watching the sunrise from the room was an experience I'll cherish.
