We explored a nearby village untouched by tourist influence, took part daily in the preparation of Sri Lankan dishes and breakfast, and even tried our hand at making roti. This immersive experience allowed us to gain profound insights into Sri Lankan culture, traditions, and cuisine, all within an eco-friendly and sustainable paradise.
