La casa es sencilla pero fantástica con todo lo necesario, manta estupenda por si hace frío ,toalla y baño con agua caliente. La habitación de abajo era espaciosa y acogedora. Desayuno y cena fantástico en la casa del árbol que es un lugar entrañable. Se encuentra entre campos de te, lo que hace que el lugar sea súper tranquilo alejado del ruido y en la ciudad estás en ruktuk en 5 minutos.

No request went unattended. Butler cum helper Rukshan was so friendly and cooperative. Always with a smile. Always on call. Food preparation was good. Needs some tuning there. They will come of age with some experience. They have their own vegetable plots in the premises. The manager cum part owner kaveesha and his friend akila were super nice and accommodating. They organized excursions to all the waterfalls in the area in a safari jeep. It, of course involved lots of trekking and climbing . The cabana style unit was cozy and ideal for a friend/family get-together. It was a home away from home . Super relaxing atmosphere.waking up to bird sounds was lovely. Cool weather. Feb/ March is the best time to go as it is dry. Rain season will dampen the experience.

El Tapherini Cabaña está situado en Nuwara Eliya. El lodge sirve un desayuno inglés/irlandés completo o asiático. Well maintained and clean property. The caretakers are very helpful and accomodating.

El Townside Lodge se encuentra en Nuwara Eliya, a 2 km del lago Gregory, a 8 km del jardín botánico de Hakgala y a 500 metros del parque Victoria de Nuwara Eliya. The hosts were exceptionally warm and friendly and accommodative. Responded to appeals promptly. Property was very clean, and the atmosphere pleasant for a holiday. The bedding and sofas were comfortable, and all necessities attended to. Privacy was ensured. Parking facility for a van was appreciated.

This is the biggest surprise in my many years of traveling around all the countries of the world. the wonderful owner who made me feel like I was staying with my mother, took care of everything we needed. She cooked us a very tasty dinner and breakfast. I highly recommend this wonderful family to everyone. The accommodation resembles a mountain shelter, which additionally adds to the magic of this place. I definitely recommend it to everyone. I fell in love with this place

El Forest View Lodge se encuentra a 7 km del lago Gregory y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, salón compartido y room service. El lodge ofrece WiFi y estacionamiento privado gratuitos. very spacious and comfortable room, we had a heater which was very handy. breakfast was great and the staff was so helpful and attentive! we also ordered dinner with them and the food was excellent!

El Hill Safari está situado en Ohiya, rodeado de montañas en la cordillera de las llanuras de Horton, y sirve principalmente cocina de Sri Lanka. La ubicación es impresionante, el edificio muy bonito y el personal muy amable. Las habitaciones son muy sencillas pero amplias. El acceso no es fácil con lo que si se llega con coche propio mejor que sea 4x4. Horton Plains queda cerca y para mí es un parque de visita obligada en Sri Lanka. Había bastante humedad, pero con lo que ha estado lloviendo estos días es difícil de evitar.

El Haven chalat se encuentra en Nuwara Eliya. We stayed here for only one night while driving through the mountains on our bike. On our short stay the hosts warmth, generosity and customer service made a lasting impression on us. He let us check in late and had his brother meet us to answer any questions. He also provided us wood to use the fire ♥️ this was so appreciated after driving for days and being very cold in some areas. You will not find a cosier place in nuwara eliya. Being able to make hot drinks with the refreshments provided & heating up our left over takeaway with the microwave was a god send!! We were so tired after driving the host let us check out late by a few hours at no extra cost. The cabin was cosy, warm, fresh and felt really special. We watched a beautiful orange golden sunset from behind the mountain tops while being wrapped up in the fleecy blankets with our hot drinks in the upstairs bedroom. We slept downstairs because of the warming fire, the bed was the comfiest we slept in our 2 months travelling Sri Lanka! Lakshitha the host is a genuine and great man, super laid back and will go miles out of his way for you. We had the pleasure of meeting him briefly on leaving and he was just a straight up cool guy with a quirky place and nothing but the best vibes. We wish you every success.
