We had an amazing experience at Belle Vue Nishiura. The location is perfect, and the lodging and amenities are clean and well-maintained. Satoshi was an amazing guest and went out of his way to ensure our stay went smoothly, including a personal shuttle from the train station. Skiing is close by within a couple-minute walk, and the ability to rent nice ski gear directly from Belle Vue (for cheaper than the resort!) was a nice touch. We enjoyed the on-site baths at the end of the day to relax after a day on the mountain. We'll be coming back for sure, thanks Satoshi!

Arai Villa Myoko is located in Myoko, 47 km from Zenkoji Temple, 49 km from Nagano Station, as well as 23 km from Lake Nojiri. The house was spacious and comfortably furnished. The beds were very comfortable with high quality linen. The villa is close to Lotte Arai resort (about 5 minute drive) and the managers of the villa were extremely helpful in arranging transport for our group with a neighbour, who was charming and helpful. The manager also arranged dinner for us at a local restaurant which usually only offers lunch and this was a very special experience for us. The drying room was excellent for our ski gear. From the house are views of the surrounding rice fields and up to the mountains.

Situato a 7 km dalla località sciistica di Myokosuginohara, il Myoko Forest Lodge offre un ristorante, un bar e una reception aperta 24 ore su 24. This place is amazing! The room was super clean, warm, and the bed was really comfortable. Good reliable WiFi throughout the lodge, and if you're a skier or snowboarder the drying room downstairs is perfect for storing your gear. The location is lovely and scenic but only a short drive to plenty of places to eat, the train station, and the various snow resorts; transfers to the resorts were easy to organise, and a few of the closer ones are offered free of charge (the further ones cost but are very reasonable). The traditional bath they have available is also incredible for a soak after a big day on the mountain! Chereyne and Brett are fantastic hosts with a wealth of knowledge about the area, very welcoming and happy to help with things like train station pickups, making local dinner reservations, making resort recommendations etc. They were also super accommodating of my dietary requirements (vegan) for all meals we ate at the lodge - amazing cooked breakfasts with continental options available too, and beautiful traditional barbeque dinners (they alternate with more western style meals and it's up to you which you want to eat in/out for). Myoko is a beautiful spot with some amazing snow to be enjoyed and it's super accessible from Tokyo, would absolutely recommend this place and hope we get the opportunity to come back!

This property was in a great location. it was very homey and the hosts were amazing! They made sure we had everything we needed, gave us good recommendations of where to go while in Myoko-Kogen and overall we’re very helpful to us!

Papa was amazing! He provided transportation to and from the ski resorts (Suginohara and Akakura) was there on time each and every day and took me to town to pick up supplies and food. I felt like part of the family and and Mama is an absolutely amazing cook. There kindness and goodwill exemplifies true Japanese tradition and sincerity! Thank you for your beautiful Hearts Moma and Papa!

Conveniently located a 4-minute walk from Akakura Onsen Ski Resort and a 4-minute walk from the bus terminal, Hunter Lodge offers free WiFi throughout the property and free luggage storage service. The staff was very kind. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Room was clean and well appointed.

Super nice Lodge close to the slopes. Amazing staff and very relaxed environment. The outdoor onsen is a big plus.

Set in Seki in the Niigata region, Yuzawa Onsen Lodge 1min to LIFT A House has a terrace. Good facilities and confortable.
