I chose this rental as we were going to do day trips and the location was perfect for that. Also the price, very attractive compared to many others i checked. I received the code for the key box and helpful information as to how to fin the cabin well in advance of our arrival. The cabin is not massive but the beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. It is located off the main road so absolutely no noise or light pollution, when looking out over the fields from the terrace you feel almost lost in the landscape. However it's still close to Selfoss where you can find restaurants, shops and bakeries.

Wonderful accommodation. Exceptional. Facilities amazing. Bedrooms extremely comfortable Kitchen & Bathrooms very good Hot tub and Barbecue great additions to the house Helga was very helpful and welcoming. A brilliant overnight stay had by all.

It is a great place to explore Iceland and take a rest after long day. Cabins are very nice, beds are super comfy and hot tube is really hot! Thank you for hospitality

This place was amazing! When we came house was waiting for us warm. There was everything that was needed in the common space beautifully accommodated. Hot tub outside was hot all the time and we could relax after long day. Cabin was away from main road so we had a chance to see the northern lights 😀

Gististaðurinn Blue View Cabin 5A With private hot tub er staðsettur skammt frá Reykholti á Suðurlandi og býður upp á verönd. Gestir sem dvelja í orlofshúsinu hafa aðgang að fullbúnu eldhúsi. Great location, very comfort and spacious place, we liked alot the hot tub and we are very enjoyed and we definitely recommend about this place.

We stayed in Cabin 5B. The cabin was well equipped for our two night stay and was very clean. The bed was really comfortable and the cabin was warm and cosy. The cabins are in a rural area which was very nice as it was quite peaceful, the golden circle and nearby attractions are easily accessible by car. We were really lucky to see the northern lights on both the nights we stayed. Would definitely recommend staying in the cabins and we will be back.
