It was a beautiful location and a lovely chalet. More than anything though, the staff was incredibly helpful - we definitely didn't do as much planning as we should have in advance, but Shahi in particular helped us with creating itineraries and finding drivers throughout. We'd definitely recommend staying here, but we'd also suggest planning a bit more in advance, ideally with Shahi's help!

The staff hospitality is well appreciated especially Mr. Sulthan and Mr. Thambi guidance and briefing about the property and about the locations. It was a respectful behaviour from other staff as well. We have stayed for 2 days. The room which was provided was an excellent room with good valley views. The Breakfast was exceptional and the Lunch/Dinner was worth for money.All together it was a pleasant stay and highly recommended

The rooms were really good with a balcony which had amazing forest view. The staff were very nice and courteous, they helped us with all our queries. There is a obstacle course activity which was very good for adults and kids. My kids enjoyed the games room also and were very happy with the fooseball and air hockey table. Overall loved it and would definitely want to go back in future.
