We booked 6 nights in December at the Raja Ampat Eco Lodge. The lodge was fantastic! The bungalows are spacious, clean and beautifully appointed with a very comfortable bed, seating and dining areas and nice lighting. While there isn't air conditioning, the breeze coming from the sea and the large quiet fan made it easy to sleep at night despite warm temperatures. We didn't have any issues with mosquitoes or other bugs either. The food was delicious and varied each day. We loved the fresh juices, curries and vegetables. The house beach is beautiful and the reef has a good variety of fish. We even saw an octopus a couple of times! The owners are lovely and the service provided by the team is professional and kind.

A truly hidden gem between the mangroves!! I did several tours like the Birds of Paradise, Pianemo, Gam Bay & Manta point which were incredible! I did manage to see a few Birds of Paradise, they were quick to fly as soon as we saw them, but they look beautiful in flight too. At the homestay there is Cuscus animal as a bonus too. I saw multiple manta's and had an unforgettable experience! The bungalow was pretty and very clean with good quality soft pillowcases & batik sheets. Love the hammock on the veranda and stair into the water. I saw dolphins and turtles passing by in front of my bungalow! The lady's (Oci & Jacomina) bring 3 times a day your meals on your private veranda. The food was more than enough and very tasteful. Communication leading up to the trip was fast and informative, when there I met with Methos and he ensured everything ran smoothly for me and put me on the tours. Boat pick-up/drop-off were both perfect, thanks to the guys. It really is a special place, and I would return in a heartbeat! I also got to know nearly all of the local children and met the learning center teachers (Child Aid Papua) who do an amazing job. Thanks to Methos Homestay for the best experience :)

Ubytovanie Aldejus Homestay sa nachádza v destinácii Yennanas Besir a má balkón. Very quiet island, super friendly host family, compared to other homestays in Raja Ampat very good private sanitary facilities. I would come again. (Couple from Austria)
