L’acqualodge è spazioso e ben strutturato, fornito di un gommoncino per spostarsi in autonomia. La notte barracuda enormi nuotano intorno e la mattina vedi spuntare in superficie il muso delle tartarughe marine. Il nostro (“Polaris”) aveva perfino un piccolo relitto praticamente davanti, a due pinnate di distanza (e a scarsa profondità quindi perfettamente visibile facendo snorkeling). Anche il paesino vicino è grazioso e le spiagge nei dintorni molto belle.

Providing garden views, Résidence de tourisme Domaine Saint-François in Saint-François provides accommodation, free bikes, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, a terrace and a bar. This is a fantastic residence. We stayed in one of the two bedroom apartments 'Colibri' which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed a few themes over our stay, we also enjoyed the Creole evening.The pool area was immaculate. We had a great welcome from the owners who spoke excellent English and they allow guests to continue to use the pool area and a bathroom if they are catching a late flight which is always really helpful. I highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Un appartamento super fantastico! Dalla collina dove è situato la vista è bellissima e arriva fino al mare, si godono tramonti emozionanti. L'interno è curato, con grande attenzione a tutti i particolari, trovi tutto quello che ti serve. L'arredamento è veramente di buon gusto, il letto grande e supercomodo, la pulizia impeccabile. Il miglior appartamento fino ad ora, di gran lunga superiore a tutti gli altri. Complimenti a Patrick per la sua attenzione e la.sua cortesa.

Situato a Cabarete, nella provincia di Puerto Plata, a 300 m dalla spiaggia di Encuentro. Hotel veramente fantastico a 300 metri dalla tranquilla playa el Encuentro. Piscina stupenda aperta anche di notte. Il ristorante è eccezionale e neanche troppo caro, lo staff è fantastico. La camera/studio è enorme, con cucina, un grande divano e letto king size. Un luogo tranquillo dove soggiornare, soprattutto se si è interessati a praticare sport acquatici.

I loved the peaceful location- down an unpaved track , elevated location with far reaching views. The hosts and their team of staff are just very lovely people- there is a sort of old school home away from home feel to the place. The food is just great in that there are plenty of really healthy options- fresh ingredients and home cooked items. They arranged for me to hike with a neighbour- a french lady who has 10 years experience of all the local tracks- on horseback and on foot...it was fabulous. It was great to have hot water and quality towels and bed linen. I really felt very comfortable here as a solo traveller.

I have been to over 90 countries and have stayed in countless hotels of all kinds. The Mondi Lodge is amongst the most memorable, special places I have ever had the pleasure to stay in, and I can't recommend it highly enough in every way. The people who own and run it are fantastic, the grounds are full of beautiful plants and animals, it has a cool pool area with a kitchen and a trust fridge full of drinks, you can drink the tap water, the breakfast is really tasty, with a different special every morning, its close to town, but beautifully quiet so you can hear birdsong not diesel engines, and all the rooms are wee separate houses, so no noise from other guests either. I chose the tree house room...the clue is in the name....and yes, its a 2 storey wooden house built round a banyan tree, with an outdoor shower, really comfortable big bed, and just the coolest terrace upstairs, with a fridge and kitchen area, where I actually spent so much time swinging in a hammock, I could hardly be bothered going out to see any of Curaçao's beaches. It is really, really special.
