We thoroughly enjoyed the remote, private, and rustic setting of the Mare Gold Centre. The Juniper Cabin in which we stayed was clean and comfortable with a private deck, bathroom/shower, wood-burning stove for the winter, and books to cozy up in a rocking chair and read. The kitchen is set up with a two-burner cook top, toaster oven, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. Not having been to the Mare Gold Centre before, and perhaps not having sufficiently done our research on it, we did not realize that the nearest stores and restaurants are about 20 minutes away. But a quick run to the market before it closed at 6 p.m. provided us with coffee and everything else we needed to cook our own meals for the rest of our stay. We enjoyed exploring the grounds and seeing the other cabins, some still being built, tucked away in private places. Enough cannot be said about the craftmanship and detail of these cabins and outlying structures, which is quite incredible! The ship deck quickly became our favorite spot to view the water.

It was a beautiful place very clean and spacious. There were three of us ladies and it had plenty of bedroom and bathroom space.

It was great on a lake(with fish to catch), very clean cottage. Also very private, with no one around and only the noise of the trees and loons.

VIPILODGE er staðsett á Janvrin-eyju og býður upp á garð og gufubað. Smáhýsið er með ókeypis WiFi. Sumar gistieiningarnar eru með borðkrók og/eða verönd. The host was incredibly hospitable and the location couldn’t be beat!!! It is a very serene setting, just minutes by car to the main town on Isle Madame. The cabin was perfectly outfitted with everything we needed and the waterfront access was great for both some paddling and some relaxing in the screened-in pavilion. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Vipilodge and definitely plan to return!

Þetta náttúruathvarf er staðsett í 300 ekru skógi við á og vatn, 5 km frá Kejimkujik-þjóðgarðinum. Allar einingarnar eru vel búnar og fjallaskálarnir eru með eldhúsi, grilli og eldstæði. The river and lake and the walking board walks around the property!

Eagle Valley Cottages er staðsett í Canso. Ókeypis WiFi er í boði í þessum fjallaskála. Gistirýmið er með verönd og setusvæði.Fullbúið eldhús með örbylgjuofni og ofni er til staðar. Barbara is amazing! Lovely to communicate with before & during our stay. Location is so peaceful & welcoming! There was even a chocolate cake & treats for our puppy when we arrived. Self checkin which was great because we are 3 1/2 hours away & didn't arrive until after 10. Barbara was understanding & there was no rush! Definitely go back but for longer! Thank you Barbara💝
