The place was cozy, clean, nicely furnished and had everything we need including cooking. Communication with the host was easy and there was a bonus - the great view from the window. The property is located absolutely great - a lot of restaurants around, a lot of pubs, supermarkets, and other hotels. There is even a pharmacy that is open 7/7 days. The property itself is very clean - you can see that it is newly renovated - with comfortable furniture, smart lightning exactly where it is needed - and a very nice washer+dryer. There is also a balcony and a very big smart TV where you can easily connect to your Netflix account and watch a movie on a lazy evening. The bed is very comfortable - did not have trouble sleeping at all - and there are heaters in both the rooms and a small one in the bathroom as well for the towels. The heaters are easy to use and you can control the temperature without much trouble. Now about our favorite part - our host Vladimir. We have never had such an attentive, friendly and supportive host before. Despite providing us with all the needed information to have a good time on the slopes, Vladimir also picked us up from the Sofia airport (3.5 hours away by car without traffic), and on our last day even took us back at 3AM so that we made our flight. This, of course, was discussed and settled before our arrival for a set and very generous price from Vladimir. On the way from Sofia to Pamporovo we even stopped to eat at a nice place on the highway, and also he took us to a store to buy groceries and drinks for the week. These are only SOME of the highlights - there are many more - such as friendly Bulgarian people that work in the stores around the accommodation, and the complementary red wine, sweets, and beautiful flowers that Vladimir prepared for us prior to our arrival. Overall - the stay was a 10/10 and we will definitely be back next year when we go skiing again. Thank you deeply for this experience!

Featuring mountain views, Вила Орцево Vila Ortsevo in Ortsevo features accommodation, free bikes, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. The views from the house are breathtaking. This is a very remote place, ideally suited to unplug. There are several marked hiking trails of varying length starting directly from the tiny village. Communication with the hosts in English and using a translation app for the more complicated stuff was smooth. The homemade breakfasts and dinner were plenty and delicious, even with the additional challenge that we asked for something vegetarian. The house is very basic but well equipped and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful.
