The property exceeded our expectations by far. The setting is absolutely beautiful and the little cabins are very well maintained and inviting. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The property is located just off the road to Lisbon Falls by the Lisbon river, only a few kilometers from the town of Graskop and God's Window. the Owner Charl is such a charming host and he was gracious enough to give us a personal tour of the property on both days. We were thrilled to find out that our lodge was actually a miner's cottage dating back to 1873 and the history of gold prospecting in the area. His two dogs, an Anatolian Shepherd and a Jack Russel terrier kept us company right throughout our stay including the Braai :) In the morning we could also hand feed some of the cute lambs that he raise in his own house at the far end of the land. Nature is at its best here and we could see so many stars and a very clear Milky Way in the night. The Lisbon Falls is just a short walk away, also a major attraction.

If u have car this lodge is perfectly located to visit panorama activities around. Very clean quiet and comfortable and nice host. The closest grocery is 8km away so bring some food if u plan to take breakfast or other meal in ur house (kitchen is functional)

The owner and his family were very welcoming and helpful. He has plenty of good recommendations. The accommodation was extremely clean and comfortable. Perfect location for seeing Blyde River Canyon, God's Window, Bourke's Luck Potholes, etc. Would recommend staying here!

My sister and I chose to stay here primarily so we could get access to the fantastic pool view. We enjoyed our little cabin for our 2-night stay. The hostess at the restaurant (as well as all the staff) is very kind and sweet. We ate at the restaurant both nights and enjoyed the food. Bring some cash for the key deposit.
