From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very special. We had cold towels and drinks on arrival, bags were taken care of and we were shown straight to lunch after a morning of driving around to see game. The staff were amazing, learnt our names and were always very friendly and helpful. Made us feel very special during our stay. The place had a very luxurious feel about it and it is located up in the mountains for an amazing view.

Absolutely superb location in the middle of the Serengeti. The building is older though. There is comfort in knowing that it is a physical structure as opposed to a tented lodge. Food was good.

very beautiful place. great atmosphere. very friendly and caring staff. tasty food. excellent price-quality! magnificent sunrise at breakfast with a view on the Serengeti park. very authentic design of all spaces. all details are very thought out for a comfortable stay in this hotel. We really wanted to stay there and live longer, but did not have enough time ... highly recommend! thanks for the warm and beautiful welcome❤️
