We stayed at Villa Arumeru for one night after completing a 3 day safari. The grounds and the hotel itself were beautiful, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. We had a sometimes cranky toddler with us and throughout the stay they did all they could to cheer him up. Prior to our stay, they reached out to change our rooms to better accommodate our group, and the change was perfect, complete with a shared balcony with a view of Mt Meru. The food at the restaurant was great, and it was the perfect respite spot after three days driving all over the parks. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Arusha!

The staff at Shamba Lodge has nailed the delicate balance between professionalism and friendliness. They showed genuine care for our comfort and needs, constantly going above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. The lodge itself is tucked away in Arusha's stunning landscape, surrounded by nature's bounty. It's an excellent retreat for travelers seeking tranquility and solace amidst their hectic daily schedules. The rooms were elegantly designed, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
