The cottage is in a beautiful and quiet mountain area, close to the Bâlea Waterfall (Cascada Bâlea) (15 min by car) where the cable car starts, which takes you up to the Bâlea Lake. Very nice room, superb shower and bathroom, has a shared kitchen. It also has a porch with chairs to sit and relax and a grill area, which we did not use as it was winter. The host is very kind and helpful, they live in the house next to the cottage. It was a perfect stay.

Good location, you can use it as a start point on the north Transfagarasan road. Parking is literally in 5 meters in front of apartment. Hosts are polite. You can use barbecue, if you'd like to. Beautiful view from the territory. Bears may come to visit you at night, so keep the doors closed :)

Extremely clean, spotless bathroom with an extraordinary shower, crispy clean linen. Very big and cosy common kitchen, with everything you would need to make a coffee or dinner. A specious parking area where you can leave your car.

Highly recommend for families or a group of friends who want to spend quality time in nature. Everything was exactly how it was described in the description and in the photos. You can see the mountains from the balcony of the house, which was an amazing, breathtaking view. The owner was very helpful, kind and friendly to us. We had a great time here, and I'm sure we're gonna come back in the near future :)

This is probably one of the best places where I stayed on vacation, and I've been using Booking.com for a long time and regularly. Very comfortable cottage, perfectly equipped, perfectly clean. What's more, behind the house there is also a small yard with deckchairs and a barbecue shelter. Good location for visiting attractions in Transylvania and Făgăraș Mountains. The object is better in reality than it appears from the description or photos, there are various amenities not mentioned in the description (e.g. high-speed internet, washing machine).

The host was very welcoming and available for our questions and requests. The place looks great, well designed and has a magical vibe. The place was clean and had an equipped kitchen. Recommended!
