Such a beautiful spot and a very lovely home with extremely comfortable beds in the main house. We enjoyed kayaking and exploring the gorgeous garden. Wonderful that we were able to take our dog, too. The hosts were very attentive and helpful. The house was well equipped and we wanted for nothing. It was also only a short drive to Kerikeri to get supplies.

This was hospitality at its best. Very comfortable and everything we needed. The breakfast provisions were quality - fresh milk, homemade muesli and mostly locally sourced products..The kitchen utensils and crockery etc left nothing wanting...it was so peaceful, all we heard was the local wildlife, birds chirping.

Everything about this place is exceptional. The beautiful scenery and the place is very tidy and surrounded by beautiful gardens. Amazing service and on top of everything, lovely and friendly owners. Really enjoyed our time at Te Awa Lodge.
