I spent a long time in this guest house eating dal bhat every evening like one of the family and cooking for myself in the kitchen. It has a lovely view of the lake and terraced gardens in the traditional style. There is a shortcut to lakeside which is steep and goes around the mukti yoga center dropping you at the street across from the zero gallery Korean restaurant. Ram and the family were very sweet to me and I'm grateful for my time there.

This is really beautiful place, feeling like home. I’ve got everything I need, the environmet is nice. The owner, Mr. Arjun and family are very nice and warm. Best place to stay in Pokhara.

This is a lovely little place, almost at the very top of Sarangkot. It is easy to reach and all rooms have beautiful views. You can stay in your bed and watch the sunrise. The bed is really comfortable and the room is clearn.

Into The Wild is a gem of a place to stay. If you want to get out of the hustle and bustle of Lakeside but be within walking distance for amenities (15 min walk) and stay in a comfortable, well-run haven surrounded by nature and with amazing views, this is your place. I only intended to stay for a week max, but stayed for nearly 6 weeks either side of hiking the Mardi Himal trek (well worth it). The food is excellent and keeps you from having to spend loads by the lake and the natural pool is a god send on those hot days. I stayed in both the dorm and a private room while there and both were great, with large comfy beds. The private rooms are spacious, have aircon and decent bathrooms. There are loads of great walks around the place as well. To top it all off, the staff are brilliant. I can't recommend the place enough and look forward to returning one day!
