An absolutely unique place. Both in terms of location and the house itself. The house is large, has two levels and contains six comfortable bedrooms. Living room large, kitchen, dining room equipped with everything you need for comfortable living. Two bathrooms. Beautiful decor throughout the house, attention to detail. The house is located on a hill with a beautiful view of nature. The area has ski trails and numerous trails for mountain hiking with many beautiful and surprising places along the way. What a great place! If you're coming in the winter it couldn't be more convenient, in other seasons it's a bit off the beaten path but well worth the effort to get here if you have the time. Wonderful living / dining / kitchen space in the house, super cozy, high ceilings with wood beams everywhere, great fireplace. Bedrooms are a bit small, but the hot tub more than makes up for that! Great to have a clothes dryer too, in addition to the washing machine, a really big help on our extended trip. Good supermarkets just 12min away by car in the nearest town of size, Lerheim. If you opt to use the hottub, turn the temperature up an hour or so before you want to use it, and then back down again when you're done of course. The place to dispose of your trash is 700m further down the smaller road that leads into the neighborhood, on the right.
