what a magical place. this fort like hotel was in the middle of the desert. The rooms were spacious and looked out onto the desert. sitting and watching the oryx every afternoon was a highlight. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The dinners were fabulous as well. the location is perfect for hot air ballooning and visiting Sossousvlei. What a gem in the desert.

What a fantastic experience that was. You are treated like a king from start to finish. The Hotel Manager has created a superb atmosphere with all the staff. The facilities are greatly located. There was nothing not to like starting from heart-warming reception, and throughout our stay during which we were the only couple in the property, who were kindly assisted by some 20 staff members. This was just our luck to visit the place on weekdays and during lower season, thus we had an absolute privacy. Only us and nature! The chalets, restaurant, viewing terraces, and the pools areas were spotlessly clean, well designed, and professionally served. Great experience!

The place was perfectly located. Outside of Sesriem, about 5min drive from the national park gates. No light contamination around so perfect for stargazing. Also the sunset and sunrise were amazing. The lodge is well managed and organized. We received a pdf form to fill in our food order for the night and before we arrived at 6pm the order was already waiting for us in the fridge.

The staff and owners were friendly. The camp was unique and interesting with a large collection of metal sculptures and unique objects. Meals were authentic and delicious. The bagged brunch prepared for us was exceptional. The chalet were comfortable within a beautiful setting.

Great resort next to the park. Excellent meals and friendly staff. A lot of excursions yo go on. Gasoline and diesel station nearby. Wonderful views.
