Unfortunately I had a big migraine and they where really lovely to help me to walk with me to my bus and let me stay after check out time. Thanks again for your warm hearted service.

The staff were amazing in helping to book us an onward bus ticket and the location is slightly out of town but they offer a free shuttle bus service in and out of town which was great for us as we had to be at the jeti early for diving trips.

If we only had stayed at the deluxe room, we would give a better rating. Transfer and communication upon arrival uncomplicated and quick. 4G reception. Manager and cook were nice, speak good English and take care of everything. Rooms are very clean. Lunch and Dinner were very delicious! Great view for sunset and quiet place because there are only four chalets. Swimming and snorkeling in the house reef was alright.
