El desayuno fue perfecto con un sinfín de opciones en la carta aparte del buffet. La ubicación era ideal para explorar la costa norte de Donegal y la casa (un antiguo molino reformado), situada delante de un lago con vistas al monte, respiraba tranquilidad. En ese paisaje hasta el inevitable lluvia tiene gracia (escapándonos de un calor sofocante en España). La temperatura media era de 16ºC, aunque algún día subía a 18ºC.
