The location was exactly what we wanted a chill hideaway from the hustle and bustle. Only downside was the rental of a golf cart which we knew nothing about however Jasmine (our booking.com host) was very obliging and helped us out each day from our unit to our car parked outside the main gate. I thoroughly applaud Jasmine and her team they made the whole stay more pleasant regardless of the front desk which could not help or accommodate us in any way in regards to golf cart hire. If you want to stay at Batam Villas definetely book with Jasmine as your host. I would recommend you hire a car as the location is quite far from anything.
