As soon as you arrive at Pound Farm Lodge you are blown away by the amazing views and peacefulness. The owners leave you a lovely welcome pack of eggs, cake , milk etc. They are also very welcoming. The lodge has everything you need for a self catering break and is situated in a great location to visit numerous attractions. There are lovely walks close by and a village pub.

Lovely cabin in s fantastic location. Just far enough from town to feel remote. As a former local it was great to use as a base to see family and friends Campsite was great for the kids and well maintained. It also felt very secure

The size of the caravan was spot on for what you'd expect. The best bit in my opinion was the bench out front plus the private/enclosed grass area with another bench and then the field where all the children gathered to play ball and more. The hosts were in touch with us about the bed/cot situation and were most helpful. The kitchen facilities were good and well functioning
