We really like everything about this accommodation. Superb and modern. Large nice bedrooms with large wardrobes, two large bathrooms that both have showers and one of them has a new and efficient washing machine. Well-equipped kitchen and good areas for socializing and eating. Very large sofa and TV as well as fast Wifi. The patio offered enough space for 5 people and the sun appeared before lunch and was there for a few hours. If you wanted more sun, you walked 10 meters to the private and shared swimming pool. The owner was very nice and both met us upon arrival and when we checked out. Was always available. Taxi stop just outside the area, quick trip to both Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas. It's fine to go for a walk if you like it. Close to convenience store that did not have excessive prices. Strongly recommend!

perfect location, fantastic house with a nice pool and lot of areas for sunbathing . The owner is very friendly and takes care about his property - quite often he send cleaning troops for the terrace , as there is always sand around due to the dunes, who are close by - for sure we would come again

Well situated, had everything we needed. The villa was very clean with good spacious rooms and a lovely size bathroom. The views from the balcony and garden were lovely. The garden was well stocked with beds, chairs, etc and a beautiful tree gave dappled shade to escape to. Private area that felt very safe. I would recommend this property to friends.
