The bed was so comfortable also and beautiful bathroom , clean, roomy and powerful shower with really good hairdryer too. It is known that the room itself is very small and it is more suitable for a casual visit, one-night apartments. The Shower cabin does not get closed properly and huge amount of water leaks out while taking shower. The door of shower cabin needs to be fixed immediately! I give 5 for the great location and the low price. However, cleaning and maintenance problems must be solved.CanFamily with young children

A modern apartment with a a nice living area .The kitchen was adequately equipped for our needs . The roller shutters in all the rooms were great for keeping out the light when sleeping.Also during the day when the sun shone on the apartment. It was good to have a two bed ,two bathroom apartment when staying as two couples . The management of the property were very friendly and made sure we knew how to check in and where to collect our keys etc.

The walls are really thin though so I could hear people flushing the toilet and people coming back late. I used ear plugs. I would not stay here for a longterm just a night or two is enough. Everything is very close. You can see people in their homes opposite. We stayed a night because we thought it was close to the airport when actually we were closer at out other hotel. It is a great location for las canteras and the hotel does provide a shuttle service.

It is located in the old town, close to park and bus station with convenient shuttle transfer to the airport and south coast area. The breakfast is with good quality and served in the restaurant with magnificent ocean view. Nice and helpful personnel as they provide us with information for main island attraction and restaurants. We definitely come back again at this Sercotel Hotel Parque.
