Excellent location and a well maintained property. The host Marco is a very helpful and jovial person. The room is very spacious and we had a little lawn outside . The kitchen is well stocked and the bed is very comfortable. The laundry room is an added bonus . 5 stars to the host and to Chalet Maria . Its just a few minutes from the railway station and bus station

This place is fantastic. It's right in the city, so you can walk to places to eat and shop. The hosts are super nice. They made sure we were happy and comfortable throughout our stay. There's a river next to the property and the views of the snowy mountains are amazing. It's a great place to relax. The rooms are very cozy and clean. We had a great sleep every night. There's an Indian grocery store and Indian restaurant nearby which is very handy. In short, this place has it all - a great location, friendly hosts, beautiful views, and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend it!

Everything - location was right next to Hotel Sonne bus stop from where one can take direct bus to Ost, West and Wilderswil train stations. The property has all kitchen equipments and we could even cook Indian food easily. The rooms are spacious with one bathroom on first floor and one on ground floor. Barbara and Jorg were like our parents. Took good care and also picked up and dropped us at the train station. They were very kind, and we felt like staying home away from home. The kitchen and utensils were immaculate. The dishwasher was a bonus as we like to cook. There are plenty of other groceries like sugar and salt coffee, dishwasher tablets, cleaning stuff etc. Migros, the train and bus station is just 5 mins away. Balcony has amazing views of the mountains. Super comfy 🙂
