Very nice clean room, and the staff was super helpful and accommodating. The swimming pool and hot tub right in the lobby are nothing short of amazing, and definitely a nice perk to have, made our stay very enjoyable.

Wow, staff greeted us as we exited our car introducing themselves, proceeded to open doors for us to the hotel and then introduced us to the reception staff. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and our room were amazing, had a balcony that looked straight out onto the chair lift. Snowed whilst we were there and when we were in the spa pool, couldn't have asked for more. Opening weekend of ski season December 2023. Five star accommodation at three star prices. Much better than we expected. Highly recommended. Would definitely go back if/when we visit Canada again.
