Situated at Storm King Dam, 12 km from Stanthorpe, Quaffers on Storm King offers accommodation with air conditioning and access to a garden.

All units here feature a flat-screen TV, a living room with a sofa, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a private bathroom with shower, free toiletries and a hair dryer. A dishwasher and coffee machine are also available.

Everything! The location was private and peaceful but still close to town, the cabin was so cosy and homely, on our late arrival Deb had started the fire so it was beautiful and warm when we got in! The communication lines were always open with the hosts Deb and Paul and the views of the lake are just awesome. Quaffers is just beautiful. They take pride there at Quaffers and it shows. Would not hesitate to recommend Quaffers to anyone passing through.

Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

Beautiful location - quiet, peaceful with great outlook over the bush and vineyards. Clean, comfortable cabin with complete amenities, including a fireplace which was great for the colder evenings. Easy to access and the welcoming scones, jam and cream were great. Close to town, wineries and other attractions.

Great location, very central and amidst wine country. The cabins are cozy and warm with fireplace and aircon. Fire wood and breakfast basket are included and we had a buffet breakfast the second night. We were easily picked up by neighbouring company tours. The restaurant is delish

This beautiful estate far exceeded our expectations. The cabin was just lovely, cosy but plenty of room for two. We adored the fireplace and the complementary wine was perfect after a long drive. There are loads of restaurant options in Stanthorpe, which is only a short 5-10 minute drive or you can use the barbecue and gas pizza oven on site to cook for yourself and take advantage of the multiple picnic tables or eat on your own front deck.

Great location, brewery on site with delicious beers and food, fireplace in our cabin. Easy drive to town and local wineries, and Giraween National Park. The complimentary breakfast basket was perfect for after a sleep-in. Great shower pressure (& heat). I forgot a shirt and the staff were really quick to call and arrange postage.

I loved the whole vibe of the estate. It was so magical. You can walk around the vineyards and eat cheese and drink wine. There's a fireplace in the cabin, the bed is so so comfy, there's also a heater. It's kid friendly. It's quiet. It's beautiful. You can feed goats. It's not far out of the main town and there's so much to do in the surrounding area. We definitely want to make this an annual family holiday. We're so in love with this place.

The cabins are pretty and not too close together. The setting is lovely with boulders and woodland to wander through. We loved the fireplace and forest feel of the cabin.
