My explains a lot of things you never know before. After your stay you will know how the family live in the South of Vietnam. They live self-sufficient and you can learn a lot from them. Breakfasts were basic, but filling, variety of noodles dishes, or fried eggs and crusty rolls. The coffee is not free, it's extra, but it's cheap, and delicious. It's out of the way, and quiet, but there is a lovely local restaurant next to the front gate, 7 Steel.
