Everything: the location (couldn't be more central than that), the friendliness of the staff (they could all speak very good english as well), the facilities, cleanliness, size of the locker, amount of showers and toilets. Capsule area for sleeping is ok and looks new or well maintained and sleek. Onsen area looks run down but facilities ok. Good sauna. More locals here than foreign tourists...They charged daily even though I booked 2 nights stay - meaning ...pay one time first day and second time the second day the daily rate.
